Understanding EVs (Effort Values) and IVs (Individual Values) is crucial for competitive Pokemon training.
EV System Explained
- Maximum 252 EVs per stat
- Total limit of 510 EVs
- Every 4 EVs = 1 stat point at level 100
- EVs can be reset using berries
